The Oklahoma UCEDD co-presented with a parent in collaboration with the Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Council and the Oklahoma Family Network (OFN). They presented Person Centered Thinking tools (One Page Profile and Communication Chart) and the Care Notebook to family members, self-advocates and professionals at the Governors Conference on Developmental Disabilities in Norman, OK.
