Product Description:

Fact sheet announcing a new website featuring information on children with special health care needs. It is a collaboration between WIND and UPLIFT. It is called Wyoming Family to Family Health Information Center. The information on the website was written by families of children with special health care needs UPLIFT family support specialists, and faculty members from the University of Wyoming. The fact sheet describes the various elements of the website including two series of videos, fact sheets and other information.
