Customized version of CDC's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." growth chart in English and Spanish-language versions. For ages birth to 5 includes age-specific developmental milestones, red flags for developmental delay, and what to do if you are concerned about a child's development. Wisconsin customization adds information about contacting Wisconsin First Step to identify your local Birth to 3 Program and a link to the www.actearly.wisc.edu(http://www.actearly.wisc.edu) and www.actearly.wisc.edu/spanish(http://www.actearly.wisc.edu/spanish) website to connect to a broader set of Wisconsin community resources. Wisconsin customization was developed in collaboration between the Waisman Center UCEDD and the WI MCH/CYSHCN (Title V).
