Product Description:

The vision of the Idaho Lifespan Respite Coalition is to create an integrated network of respite support for informal (unpaid) caregivers and care recipients of all ages. The Coalition, supported by the Idaho Commission on Aging through a grant from the Administration for Community Living, is comprised of representatives from public and private organizations, caregivers, and recipients of care throughout Idaho. The purpose of this message is to invite you to participate in a statewide survey of informal (unpaid) caregivers and/or share this message with caregivers you may know. The survey is designed to gather information about the needs of caregivers and the results will be used to guide the actions of the Coalition. See below for link to survey.
