Longitudinal Outcomes for Young Adults in Vermonts System of Care at One Year Follow-Up
Product Description:
This session examines 12-month follow-up findings for young adults in Vermonts system of care for emerging adults (YIT). Findings suggest that YIT efforts have improved young adults functioning, helping them to find and stay on pathways to being prosocial, contributing members of their communities. Similarly, YIT is associated with decreased involvement with costly programs such as criminal justice programs and services. Such changes have the potential to impact long-term hidden costs.
