Product Description:

A group of committed faculty and administrators from the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Allied Health, Social Work, and Dentistry were supported by the Wisdom Family Foundation to explore and develop potential opportunities for interprofessional (IP) education of healthcare learners on the health sciences campus. This group, the Health Science Center Interprofessional Education and Practice Collaborative (HSCIEPC) created a longitudinal project composed of active learning sessions and clinical experiences that will allow students to learn fundamental skills required to work in and delivery care within an interprofessional healthcare team.
