Access to Recovery Program Manual (Revised)
Product Description:
The instructional manual provides information on the enrollment and management procedures to participate as care coordinator or provider of services to qualified participants. The AR ATR program is based on:
1. Individuals with substance use disorders and their families have the right to choose recovery and the recovery-related services and supports that best meet their needs, and receive those services in their own community.
2. Client choice is enhanced by a recovery-oriented system of care that honors each clients familial, cultural, spiritual, economic, and logistical needs.
3. Individualized choice enhances client retention in treatment and strengthens client commitment to and success in recovery.
4. Participation in AR ATR is voluntary and can be terminated by the client at any time, without repercussion to the client and or family member.
