Product Description:

This position paper is a final draft of a white paper written by Harrington and Melarkey (2013). The position paper was given to the NGCDD Employment First ad hoc committee with the goal of endorsement by an 18 panel group made up of providers, parents, persons with disabilities, and agency administrators. The goal was to present this position paper to the Governor with the hope that NV would become an Employment First State. The position paper provides an update on Employment First activities in NV, and recommendations for NV policymakers.
