"Dr. Martin is a bright, innovative, and motivated health services clinician-researcher with a passion for improving health services for Latinx children with autism and their families and developing trainees into culturally competent researchers. Because of her commitment to improving educational and health services for Latine autistic children and their families, we have recruited her into a faculty position in our Indiana LEND program, which she will begin in late 2024."
Dr. Ann Marie Martin is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and Center for Inclusive Excellence Research Fellow at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Martin recently completed a combined clinical and research postdoctoral fellowship through Indiana’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities program. Her work is focused on improving equitable access to services for children with autism spectrum disorder, particularly those from minoritized communities and monolingual Spanish-speaking families.
