Digital Marketing & Communications Manager

Marketing and Communications


Anna Costalas (she, they) serves as the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD). Anna manages AUCD’s digital communications and marketing activities, including live and recorded webinars, in-person meetings, website and newsletter content, and printed materials. Anna supports dissemination across projects and ensures coordination, consistency, and accessibility of all activities.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience in community outreach for underrepresented communities, including working as the Program Coordinator for the Rochester Institute of Technology Women's Center violence prevention efforts funded by the Department of Justice; Communications and Development Coordinator for The Advocacy Center, a Parent Training and Information Center also in Rochester, NY; and the Information and Resource Manager at the parent-run Support for Families of Children with Disabilities in San Francisco, CA.

Anna received a Master of Public Administration degree from the State University of New York, The College at Brockport, focused on non-profit management, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Photo from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Anna identifies as a queer, neurodivergent, second-generation Greek American. They live in Rhode Island with their wife and two dogs.
