Holly Hohmeister, MS

Senior Project Manager

Holly Hohmeister, MS, is a Senior Project Manager. She manages the Peer Supports for Augmentative and Alternative Communication Users Contract as well as AUCD's grantee activities for the USAging Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative. Holly provides day-to-day coordination and project management for these federally funded initiatives through their national partnerships. This includes providing technical assistance, developing resources, conducting training activities, and facilitating overall project activities.

She also represents AUCD at advisory groups and at meetings with stakeholders to share notable outcomes and strategies. 

Holly has more than 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, state agencies, and federal grantees. Her work consisted of planning and directing innovative programs that demonstrated measurable outcomes.

Holly previously served as the Senior Manager of Programs and Contracts at the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Florida State University.
