Product Description:

The RENEW model is a research-based school-to-career planning and support intervention for youth and young adults with emotional and behavioral support challenges. The model, developed in 1996 in New Hampshire, has been implemented in school, community-based, residential, juvenile justice, and mental health settings and has been shown to positively engage and assist young people who are struggling at home, in school, and in their communities. This manual outlines the major elements of the RENEW model including person-centered planning, team development and facilitation, and school-to-career planning and resource development.
