Findings are reported from a program evaluation of the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions Watch Me! online training to support developmental monitoring in early care and education settings. ECEPs completed pre- and post- online questionnaires to determine the impact of the training on their knowledge and perception of having the tools needed to engage in the key components of developmental monitoring: tracking developmental milestones, having conversations with parents, and making referrals. Differences across type of care setting are discussed.
