Product Description:

Wisconsin CYSHCN Network partners created a framework to build family leaders: a) to IDENTIFY AND CONNECT families, especially those from underserved populations; b) to SUPPORT families through knowledge and skill building, mentoring and other supports; and c) SUSTAIN diverse families as leaders by developing tools and identifying effective strategies. This workshop shares how projects utilized strategies from this framework, the impact of those strategies and recommendations for other states.
