Impact of "Watch Me!" training on childcare providers' knowledge and attitudes about developmental monitoring to identify and refer for delay

Watch Me! training significantly increased perceived knowledge of, and perceived access to the tools to engage in, developmental monitoring as well as demonstrated knowledge of referral to the childs doctor. However, this impact diminishes over time. Overall, this study suggests the Watch Me! training is effective at impacting knowledge and attitudes, however, it may be most effective as part of a more comprehensive set of supports for implementation over time.
