This poster describes how QI methods, strategic partnerships and other intentional activities were used to better understand how to identify and serve hard to reach families in two urban and two rural areas. Staff will also share what weve learned about messaging and outreach mediums, and include a sneak peak of how staff are trying to utilize bright spot and fail forward storytelling techniques to disseminate lessons learned.
