Product Description:

This poster reports on what was learned about enablers and barriers to autism screening, diagnosis, and intervention or other services among medically underserved families in rural and urban-core areas through the Autism CARES-funded Wisconsin Care Integration Initiative. Utilizing quality improvement methodology, data were collected from an annual statewide survey, stakeholder discussions, family focus groups, and documentation during family navigation service provision.
