Product Description:

Report on a collaborative effort between community stakeholders and the UCEDD to implement an "Equity Action Lab" in order to improve early identification of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in rural Wisconsin. The UCEDD helped the community access high quality tools and consultation to advance health equity through "States of Solutions," an initiative funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and convened by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
