Reasonable Accomodation: Children and youth with Special Health Care Needs
Product Description:
Reasonable accomodation is a practice and procedures in the educational areas which provide equitable access during the teaching-learning and evaluation process for students with IDD. It's a right provided to students that qualify by Federal and State Laws (P.L. IDEA, Rehab Act of 1973 and Law 51 of 1996). Children with SHCN and youth with IDD could need reasonable accomodation in their IEP to success at school and make an effective transition to post-secundary school or college.
