Erika is the CEO of Starling Missouri, formerly known as the Missouri Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (or MARF). Starling's mission is to improve the lives of Missourians with disabilities by driving public policy and strengthening member organizations through advocacy, education and collaboration. Erika has been a leader in disability advocacy at the policy level, working to help legislators understand how their ballot measures and budget cuts affect the lives of real people.
