Develop and administer graduate leadership training curriculum to at least 25 students per year. Develop and implement 6-10 professional trainings and workshops per year. Assist local and state agencies with conference planning and continuing education events. Maintain and administer Professional Continuing Education Accreditation for multiple organizations. Act as BCDD representative to local, state and national advocacy and disability groups. Maintain established online programs in SharePoint, Listservs, Media Site.
