Andrew W. Gardner, PhD, BCBA-D is an Associate Professor in Psychology at Northern Arizona University. Dr. Gardner is the director of research for the Institute for Human Development and supervises the Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic through the department of Psychology.

Dr. Gardner's research interests include: the assessment and treatment of problem behavior (mild to severe) in children with and without disabilities, functional analysis methodology, care provider quality of attention, choice options and non-compliance, Latino/Hispanic families' acceptability of behavioral treatments, bio-behavioral treatments for medical conditions, Autism spectrum disorders, and functional communication training.
