AUCD invites you to be a part of the AUCD 2024 Conference.

AUCD is looking forward to welcoming more than 1,100 attendees to the AUCD 2024 Conference this November. Attendees represent a vast network of community leaders, researchers, policymakers, practitioners, professionals, advocates, and students. AUCD is committed to providing sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to engage with and reach out to attendees.

The AUCD Conference is designed to promote innovative thinking that will catapult disability policy, research, and advocacy initiatives to the next level. The Conference is strategically held in Washington, D.C., to attract thought leaders from Capitol Hill and the Administration, along with well-known national disability organizations and advocates who work at the federal level.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Prominently display your materials and products and enjoy valuable one-on-one time with Conference attendees on Monday and Tuesday of the Conference. All exhibitors will be located in the Rock Creek Ballroom, a prominent area that allows for maximum exposure and return on your investment. Come share your innovation and promising practices with more than 1,100 disability leaders, practitioners, and self-advocates.

This year, we ask that exhibitors create an interactive experience for attendees. A game? A spinning wheel? Fun giveaways? AUCD is here to help brainstorm! Before and during the Conference, we will encourage attendees to participate, learn, and connect with each exhibitor. Attendees will be invited to participate in an Exhibitor Passport where they'll visit exhibitors, ask them engaging questions, and have a chance to win a fun prize at the end of the Conference. We aim to create meaningful connections between exhibitors and attendees and hope you will join us. Spaces are limited so submit your exhibitor application today!

  • 2 complimentary exhibitor representatives on-site (who will staff the exhibit only; this is not a Conference registration)
  • Logo placement on the AUCD Conference website and mobile app

Exhibitor Hours

  • Sunday: Set up begins at 6:00 PM. Electric will be available starting Monday morning.
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
